Our Refund Policy

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your plants when you receive them and contact us immediately if they are diseased, damaged or if you receive the wrong thing, so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

Refunds 
Once we’ve seen your plants, we will let you know if a refund or exchange is possible. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
