Wild Columbine attracts: Hummingbirds and other birds, bees, butterflies and hawk moths (so cool!)
It grows in woodlands and meadows so has high drought tolerance and is resilient to hot and cold weather. It likes moisture but if your garden is quite moist the soil must be well drained. It doesn't do it best in full sun, so growth may be stunted and leaves burnt if planted in too much sun.
